This is a very basic, easy recipe for banana bread. You need:
4 ripe bananas
1/4 cup of milk
1/4 cup of oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup granulated brown sugar
2 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
Preheat the oven to 350. I place everything ‘dry’ in a bowl and mix it. Everything ‘wet’ goes into another bowl. Mix that well. Then, I put the dry into the wet mix.
Don’t overmix, just make sure that everything dry gets wet. Banana bread is supposed to be lumpy.
Pour the mixture in a baking dish and set the oven’s timer for 50 minutes. You know it is ready when a wooden pick comes out clean. Let it cool for a bit en enjoy!
